Re-Writing Your Website
It is very important to re-write the content of your website frequently. The reason for it is that your website must meet your current requirements and a change in website will keep your existing users visit your site. With the change of needs of your potential customers it is important to re-write your website.
Here are some of the facts that exists and how they're going to affect your website.
1) Find the noticeable part of your website:
After careful analysis, it was found that the most important part that needs to be upgraded on the "Home Page" of your site are the headline and sub-heads. This is because mostly it is found that the the visitors goes through the headline and sub-heads in order to decide whether to stay with the website or not. So it is not the graphics or the texts that decides whether a client will stay with the site or not.
2) The readable part of the content:
It is found that not more than 2/3rd of the page is read by the visitors. So it becomes important to develop a website that will contain most of the informations on the early part of the web page. Make your products display, that you offer through your site, on the first page of the website so that the visitors gets the informations about your company, services that you offer etc. . If you want to give any vital information about the website, then display that as soon as possible.
3) Make the content interesting:
when it comes to reading from computer screen, the reading speed goes down drastically. This is because of the rays that are emitted by the computer screen. So make it a point to give all the informations soon and fast so that the user knows about you before flipping over to some other site. If you web pages contains all necessary information, then break it up in small parts, is necessary put them on to a separate page, so that the visitor must keep getting interest from the site and not getting bored by reading big contents. Make summaries of your pages so that the user get to know the content of the page quickly.
4) Your webpage should give the right picture about your company:
Make sure to highlight those part of the webpage which calls for the visitor's attention properly. If necessary put small graphics so that it does n`t misses the user's attention. Give as much informations about the sales part so that the user gets the right idea to deal with your company. Therefore all your major selling points, benefits, call to action and order info must be in easily scanable type.
