Therefore, the writing of the content should be simple, brief, specific, and user-friendly. Only those things should be added up in the content which the readers of the website will need. Including unnecessary items will only bore the readers.
While setting a layout of the content, some points has to taken care of, like its importance to the users, the comprehensive and rational organization of data in the content etc. It will be easy if the website is divided in to different segments, and headings and sub-headings. All the information should be succession wise and as per the need. Use of icons or petite images, giving example, scan able writing etc is good for making the content readable. The users prefer to search text and single out keywords, sentences, and paragraphs, which they find interesting. Using highlights and underlines in case of important items is useful. Therefore, a lot of care and attention is required to put down words that will look after of the need of the browsers and at the same time take care of the limitations of the website and networking.
