Proper value of the website design
The success of the website design is much dependant on how the website owner incorporates the feedback from the visitors to the website. The most important aspect of a successful website design is its ability to cater the needs of the website owner as well as the visitors to the website design. It also happens that in order to look at the self interest, the website owner has to overlook the feedback of the visitors of the website design.
There are many instances that points out to the fact that the website owner just overlooked the feedback of the visitors in order to see its requirements. This is not a bad idea but it is a good way of set the self goal higher than those who are into the business.
The famous management mantra states that one should keeps its goal at the highest point. So it is not wise to change the website design as per feedback received from the visitors. The website owner should make the decision whether it is wise enough to make the changes or not. After receiving the feedbacks from the visitors, the website owner must first analyze about the change suggested and then, if found possible, think to make the necessary changes.
The website design usability study is important aspect for the overall website success but what is more important than that is the fact that it should cater to the needs of the website owner. Feedbacks from the clients is important as this helps to
know the exact problems that the visitor faces while accessing the website design.
There are a few website where they have included staff newsletter. This is not at all necessary for the visitors to the website design and so some visitors might speak against it. But it is important to understand its importance from educating the staffs point of view and the website design owner should refrain from putting off the option from the website design.
It is necessary to understand that the core objective of the intranet should not be to save costs, but rather to create value. It should be focused on making staff more productive and loyal. Placing the print newsletter on the intranet is not necessarily achieving any of these objectives.
But above all that is stated, one bottom line reality that one needs to understand is that the products/services that is offered
through the website design is the most important. A website having superb usability but charges more for same products that is otherwise charged lower by others won't be able to impress the customer to buy that. Ultimately all boils down to money and
ofcourse the value that the particular product adds to the customer's needs.

Every website owner should give the first priority to its own preference.
