If a website takes huge amount of time in order to get downloaded than they might leave the website and switch over to some other website.

E..g, a legal website is not supposed to use many colors in order to decorate the website. So if the template that is used for website design is made colorful than there are chances that the legal website is not liked by the visitors of the website.
